Hospitality Signage That Sets the Guest Expectation

Hotel monument and identification signage, restaurant storefronts, and entertainment venue signage across Dallas–Fort Worth.

In hospitality, the sign is part of the brand.

A hotel monument sign, a restaurant's exterior identity, a resort wayfinding system — these aren't commodity signage. They are the first physical touchpoint a guest has with the property, and the fabrication standard has to match the guest experience the property is selling. Signs PQ builds hospitality signage to the standard of the architecture it sits on. Materials, finishing, and illumination are specified against the brand book first and the cost line second. The result is signage that photographs well, ages well, and supports the rate the property is asking for.

Hotel programs — exterior to room number.

For hotel clients, Signs PQ delivers complete signage programs: highway-visible monument signs, porte cochère identification, exterior building lettering, parking deck wayfinding, lobby and amenity identification, ADA-compliant room number signage, back-of-house operational signage, and event-space directories. Each component is designed against the brand standard. For flagged properties, we work from the operator's approved sign manual. For independent properties, we develop the family from scratch with your design team. Either way, what arrives on site is a coherent system, not a collection of signs from different vendors.

Restaurant storefronts that earn the second look.

A restaurant has seconds to convert a passing car or pedestrian. The storefront sign is the conversion event. We work with restaurant clients on monument signs, blade signs, illuminated channel letters, dimensional logos, menu boards, and exterior architectural lighting integration. For multi-unit operators, we maintain brand consistency across locations while adapting each install to its specific landlord criteria and municipal code. Drive-through, patio, and outdoor seating area signage is coordinated into the same scope so the operator works with one vendor instead of three.

Entertainment venues — large-format and high-impact.

Theaters, music venues, sports facilities, and family entertainment centers have signage needs that push fabrication to the edge: oversized illuminated lettering, dynamic LED messaging, marquee-style displays, and high-mount installations that require certified crane operations. We have the equipment, the engineering relationships, and the field crews to deliver large-format signage on schedule. When the install requires a downtown street closure or after-hours crane operations, we coordinate it with the city and complete it cleanly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked

Can you fabricate from a flag operator's sign manual?

Yes. We work from approved sign manuals for the major hotel flags and submit fabrication samples for brand approval before production runs.

Can you coordinate with the architectural lighting designer on a project?

Yes. For projects where signage and architectural lighting are integrated, we coordinate with the lighting designer on color temperature, dimming protocol, and electrical infrastructure so the two systems work as one.

How do you handle installs at operating restaurants?

After-hours, with site protection, and with a deliberate phasing plan so the venue doesn't lose service days. We've done full storefront swaps overnight more times than we can count.
