Sign permits in the City of Dallas route through the Development Services department, with additional review when a project sits in a Planned Development district, historic overlay, or design district. Most pylon and monument applications require stamped engineering when the structure exceeds the standard allowance. Illuminated signage requires a separate electrical permit and final inspection. We submit complete packages with construction drawings, materials specifications, and supporting documentation, and we track applications through review and inspection without leaving the client to chase status.

For installs requiring crane access in downtown or urban corridors, we coordinate street-closure permits, traffic control, and after-hours work with the city's street-use office in advance. For installs in operating facilities — hospitals, restaurants, office buildings — we phase work around operations to keep the property running.
