Our home base.
Our facility on Lakeside Parkway has been Signs PQ's home base since the company was founded. We know Flower Mound at a level no out-of-town vendor can match: the town's sign code, the planning department's review process, the HOAs that govern signage in the residential neighborhoods and master-planned developments, the commercial property owners, and the buildings that line the major corridors. When a Flower Mound business or property hires us, they're hiring a neighbor — and the proximity shows up in faster site visits, faster turnaround, and a stronger working relationship with the town.
Flower Mound signage code.
The Town of Flower Mound has a specific signage ordinance with provisions for monument signs, building signs, temporary signs, and digital signage. The town's Planning and Zoning department reviews most sign permits, with additional review for projects in certain overlay districts. Flower Mound's code is more restrictive than some surrounding municipalities — pylon signs are restricted in many zones, monument signs are governed by specific height and area limits, and digital signage has strict content-change requirements. We know the code, and we design within it from concept.
What we do here.
Our Flower Mound work spans the full client base: monument and identification signs for commercial properties along Cross Timbers Road, FM 1171, FM 2499, and Lakeside Parkway; channel letter and storefront signs for retail and restaurant tenants throughout the town's commercial corridors; wayfinding and identification signage for medical office buildings and clinics; ADA-compliant interior signage for office buildings and educational facilities; and ongoing signage support for Flower Mound–based businesses and property owners.
Why work with the local shop.
Hiring a local fabricator for local work changes the project economics. Site visits don't involve hour-long drives. Same-day responses to questions are normal, not premium service. Service calls after install are quick, not scheduled around availability. Long-term relationships with property owners and managers in Flower Mound mean we know the buildings, the parking, the access constraints, and the operating realities — and we build that knowledge into every project.
Permits route through Town of Flower Mound Planning & Zoning. The town has restrictive provisions for pylon signs and digital displays. Allow 2–4 weeks.
